     A proud native of historic Stoystown, PA, Drew attended North Star High School in Somerset County, PA. There he played for his father, Andy, and under his leadership North Star won 3 District 5 AA Championships, 2 West-Pac Championships, and went 90-20 in those four years, still a school record. During that time, Drew was named 1st Team All-State AA and scored 1,897 points.

     After graduating, Drew accepted a full athletic scholarship to continue his basketball career at Div. 1 Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. 

 

     While at Sacred Heart, Drew established himself as one of the best all-around players in the 40+ year history of the Northeast Conference, as he is 1 of only 3 players with at least 1,000 points, 485 rebounds, 441 assists, and 200 steals.  In addition, Drew was a 4-year starter, 2-time NEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year award winner, holds Sacred Heart's career steals record, was selected to the All-Northeast Conference team, and as team captain, led the Pioneers to two NEC championship games.

 

      During his senior season, Drew was 15th in steals per game and 35th in assists per game in all of D-1. 

     After graduating from the Jack Welch College of Business, Drew played professionally in Germany for the Bochum AstroStars. He started at PG where he averaged 20ppg, 8apg, 7rpg, and 4spg.

   
     Following his playing career, Drew obtained his Master's degree in Criminal Justice while he coached the game at numerous levels and continued helping younger players get better and achieve their goals and dreams.

 

     Drew gave his life to Jesus Christ shortly after getting married in 2010 and has been learning, growing, and maturing in the faith ever since. In 2019, Drew founded  the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization Break The Mold, Inc. with the mission of "Bringing Jesus to incarcerated men."
 

     Drew, his wife Erin, and their four children have lived in Duncansville, PA since 2015.
